Yoga
Yoga @ Bird classes consciously combine the practice of asanas with music. This is a fusion of rhythm and asana practice indulging yoga students to explore and safely open through movement and sound.

Each class has individually-designed music that complements the vinyasa (flow) each week. Awaken the heart with yoga and music. The styles of music used range from classical, jazz and acoustic instrumental to rock & roll, funk, punk, reggae, country, world beat, classic chants, hip hop and special live performances.

The purpose of each class is to enjoy yoga and music while receiving the healing benefits of both media.

Current Offerings

Maya Yoga with KT Steadman
Monday mornings, 9:00-10:00am. Allow the breath to draw your attention inside and guide you through a practice focused on alignment, and integrity.

Hatha Flow with Kate Lumsden
Wednesday mornings, 9:00-10:00am. Come start your day in mindfulness that you can carry off your mat & into your life.

Vinyasa Yoga with Elizabeth Rosser
Friday mornings, 9:00-10:00am. An hour of yoga to open and warm the body, soften the heart and center the mind.

M/W/F: 9-10am
All ages and levels welcome
$12 per class drop-in or $105 for a 10-class pass
