Yoga @ Bird classes consciously combine the practice of asanas with music.
This is a fusion of rhythm and asana practice indulging yoga students to explore
and safely open through movement and sound.
Each class has individually-designed music that complements the vinyasa (flow)
each week. Awaken the heart with yoga and music. The styles of music used range
from classical, jazz and acoustic instrumental to rock & roll, funk, punk, reggae,
country, world beat, classic chants, hip hop and special live performances.
The purpose of each class is to enjoy yoga and music while receiving the healing benefits of both media.

Vinyasa Yoga with Elizabeth Rosser
Wednesday mornings, 8:30-9:30am. An hour of yoga to open and warm the body, soften the heart and center the mind.
Friday Yoga with Sara Serino
Friday mornings, 8:30-9:30am. A compassionate and upbeat flow combining asana, pranayama and music.
