Piano & Harmony Clinic at Bird, Saturday, June 7, 2008
June 2, 2008

Dear Musicians and Friends,

Ever wondered what Bach has to do with jazz?  How Renaissance music led to the blues?  And what the heck is harmony smuggling?  We have the answers to these questions and more at our special Piano & Harmony Clinic this Saturday, June 7th, with Nick Culp.

Here's the skinny:
- Ages 7 and up -- grownups will love it, too
- $30/person
- Email us now to reserve your spot -- you can pay at the door

This fascinating interactive lecture (questions from the audience encouraged throughout) will cover topics like overtones and the makeup of the major chord; dissonance and consonance; how art imitates nature; what happens when artists bend the rules of composition; and MORE!  Check out the flyer (PDF) for complete
details
and feel free to email or call us with any questions.
