Birdie Yoga
Tuesdays 4:00-5:00PM
This invigorating hour, taught by the Amazing Amme Hill, combines cool tunes with classic and not-so-classic yoga poses to provide young students with a fun and indispensable foundation for everything physical. No slouchers allowed. Ages 10 and up. 7-week progressive session begins September 25. Sign up required by September 18.

Zombie Dance
Thursdays 4:00-5:30PM

Students ages 10 and up will learn the entire dance sequence from the classic Thriller video. This is a progressive, 7-week class culminating in a tech rehearsal and concert, shared with our Session I bands.

Guitar class: The Teachings of Ted Green
Mondays 7:00-8:00PM starting 9/24
Lane says: "I found Ted Green's book Chord Chemistry at Haight Ashbury Music some years ago. Ted is is widely hailed as the greatest guitar teacher ever. I have found a way to rehearse these advanced books. This group lesson will only work for the serious and dedicated young guitarist. If you can play just one page of a Ted Green book well, you can play any advanced guitar fingering and it will take your hearing/ear training on the instrument to a high level."

Coffee House Recording
Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30-7:00PM
Take your band rehearsals to the next level. Intensify your efforts, practice two days a week with an eye towards recording a demo and taking it on the road. Coincides with our 7-week sessions. Performance at both the Session I Concert and at a public venue TBD
